Sign Up from your Google Account
You need a google account to create a blog on blogger.com. So just sign up using your Gmail id to any google product. If you already have an account then skip this step and log in to your account.
Sign In to Your Blogger Account
Go to the Blogger.Com homepage and then Sign In to your account using your credential.
Choose a Blogger Profile
Once You sign in to your Blogger account, it will automatically create your profile on blogger ( Blogspot Profile ).
Create Your Blog
Now you are able to see the blogger dashboard and you can choose the "New Blog..." or "Create New Blog" option to start creating a blog.
Choose Your Blog Title, Domain ( Address ), and Theme
After clicking New Blog.. or Create New Blog option, a new popup window will be open like the given screenshot and there you need to fill in all these details. Now enter your blog name or title, address ( Domain ), and pick a theme. After that, you have to click the "Create Blog" button to finish the initial setup of the blog. Don't worry about your selection of a title, address, and theme, you can change or modify it any time.
Launch Your New Blog
Once you finish the initial steps, now you are able to see your blogger dashboard like in the given screenshot. Your Blogger blog is ready now and ready to start blogging. You can check it by clicking the "View Blog" button or by just typing your blog address in the new tab.
